Community Guidelines
Our club is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Club members are expected to:
- Be respectful and inclusive to all members
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech
- Respect the privacy and property of others
- Comply with all university policies and regulations
User Accounts
To access certain features of the website, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Content Posting
Members retain ownership of content they post (events, forum posts, gallery images). By posting content, you grant the University Club a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the club's activities. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content.
Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
